We offer individual support to children and young people under the age of 21, either in their own home or out in the community. This can be support to access positive activities, tenancy support or support to maintain a foster placement or support in the family home.

- Housing support to assist and sustain independent living. Raising awareness through educational visits and improving the understanding of risks.
- Help with budgeting and bills through our tailor made independence programmes.
- Shopping.
- Housing and homelessness.
- Providing Independent Supporters advice and support for parents of children with special educational needs (SEN), and young people with SEN. A range of time-limited support is available, tailored to the particular needs of individual families and young people.
