Jordan Haslam
Jordan set up Netheredge Care in May 2014 and we accommodated our first child in Jan 2016. Having experienced the care system himself decided he would ensure that Children and young people deserved the same experience. Jordan enjoys time with his Family and in September 2018 along with his husband decided to start the adoption process. They now have an amazing boy and love nothing more than jumping in the Motorhome and exploring the country. As well as working in Childrens Homes l have a passion for Fostering and Adoption, I am Chair of an award willing Fostering Service Safer and True fostering.

Jodie Gladwin
Jodie started working for Netheredge in early 2021, she has over 11 years experience in working with Children and Young People. Jodie has an extensive background in Residential Jodie is level 3 qualified. She enjoys time with her family and always has a smile on her face. Jodie likes the sound of her own voice..... you know when Jodie is in the building.

Part Time - Sarah Hughes
Sarah is a very experienced member of the team and has a great knowledge of safeguarding and her dedication to going above and beyond is greatly appreciated. Sarah does amazing displays too.

Tom Marsh
Tom has over 7 years experience in the care sector, he has been at Netheredge for over 4 years. Tom enjoys his role and works really well with Children. Tom enjoys time with his family and enjoys the work/home balance. Tom also enjoys the occasional Takeaway when trying to diet...... Keep going Tom.

Residential Support Worker
Richard Beech
Richard has been working in residential for over 7 years and in his words "Loves working here". Richard can turn his hand to most things and has been known to get the tools out. Richard enjoys time with his family and in his spare time can be found either fixing up a house or tinkering with a car.
